One author runs this site: me. The only exception is the game itself. Screenshots, armor models and zone names belong to Blizzard Entertainment, used here the way a critic uses stills.
Using my stuff
Share it freely: quote my guides, link them, send them to your guild. Only two requests. Keep my name on it, and do not republish whole pages elsewhere. That is the entire license, written by a human.
If I used yours
If you own rights to something I posted and it goes beyond fair commentary, write to me with these four things and I will sort it out fast:
- What is yours. Name the work, or list several if there are more.
- Where it sits here. The exact page address so I find it without guessing.
- How to reach you. Full name, address, phone and email.
- Your word on it. That you believe in good faith this was not allowed, that your info is accurate under penalty of perjury, plus your signature.
Where it goes
Send everything to info@danielefinzipasca.com with the subject DMCA notice. I read those first and pull the material down while I check. Think I got it wrong? Reply the same way with your details and a note accepting your local court, and if no case follows within a couple of weeks, the material goes back up. Repeat offenders lose posting privileges without long discussions.
